Our four cultural pillars

All organisations develop a unique culture, whether intentionally formed or not. The question is whether that culture has been purposefully shaped, or if it has simply emerged organically. As a community, we can be very deliberate about cultivating the traits and values we want to embody - things like prayerfulness, evangelism, hospitality, and generosity.

These not only reflect who we already are, but also point to the deeper way of life God is calling us towards in our communities.
